Punk Ash Cards does not accept returns or refunds of the following types of products.

• Sealed Booster Boxes & Packs

• Raw Ungraded Cards

Due to the nature of sealed Pokemon Products, we cannot offer refunds on the products listed above.

In the event a Product reaches your hands in a damaged condition please get in touch with Info@punkashcards.com. All shipments are insured up to the value of the product and we will do everything within our power to resolve the situation through the shipping provider.

To return any of the items listed above Please reach out to info@punkashcards.com with the title line [Return/ (order number)], all returns will be addressed as soon as possible or within 2 business days. We will send you a shipping label via email to then ship the products back. Once products are received and verified a refund will be issued to the card or account the order was placed with. (Refund will not include sales tax or initial shipping fee.) **Note: For Graded cards grading numbers must match and there must not be signs of damage to the product.
